Hi All
I am developing an application using struts 1.3.10 for Internationalization. Everything seems to work fine but the resource bundles are loaded on each and every request. Struts 2 has struts.devMode which if turned off cause the resource bundles to be loaded only once. I have googled a lot but could not find a similar mechanism for struts 1.3.10.
Can anyone please suggest how this is done in struts 1.3.10
