Generate Entity java

Currently, I created XML file and I need to add the entity tag.
Apparently, it's impossible with the JDOM API.
Do you know an other method to add the entity manually ?

here, a example of file I need to generate.

<!DOCTYPE SET PUBLIC "link file//EN" "set.dtd" [
<!ENTITY file_id_1 SYSTEM "path/file_name_1" NDATA image_jpeg>
<!ENTITY file_id_2 SYSTEM "path/file_name_2" NDATA image_jpeg>

Thank you

It is not provisioned in "strictly" xml's api. Have to add an heterogeneous block to write it out specifically. This is a monolithic block for the demonstration.

Each functioanlity is delineated, so you can set them out each in some method of its own.
