feedback system made in c ,why it is better?

Hello,One of my mate came across this question in an interview.
C++ is better than C,then why is feedback system made in C is better than in C++?
Please put your point of view here.

Yeah,unfortunately that dumb guy(my friend) didn't say anything in response and neither he asked the interviewer for answer in the end.

Aside, C++ is not a "better" language than C, it is simply a different language.

What is considered "better" is always subjective and questionable. It is an opinion, that is all.
