That's not how CodeRanch works. We'll all be glad to help you learn how to do this, but we won't do your work for you.

Here are some tips to get you going:
  • Your form will need to be delcared as a multi-part form
  • The control will be an input of type "file"
  • You'll need a library to parse the multi-part request
