Junit documentation

i need to prepare some good documentation on Junit please provide the necessity links which mainly contains the documentation
instead of examples.

What do you mean by documentation? The JavaDoc? A book?

it can be anything which covers the basic Junit and its annotations in details with the explanation.

For more detail, I recommend a book. "Test Driven" is excellent and "JUnit in Action" is a decent intro.
