Getting this error message access control

Kinda newish to parts of this and I get an error message

accessControlCheck The user does not have the authority to run this command

So let me ask something besides how to fix it. the xxxItemPrice cmd isnt meant to be seen its to forward on to another template. should I be worried about the access control? or since its saying it cant run then it wont forward so I need to worry about it.
