Finally we hava a PostGis Book!
I am a long (and old) GIS analyst (20 years of experience). I've been "monkeying" around PostGis time ago. Now I have to go with a project seriously into the wild with open source gis. So it's great to hear about a PostGis solid documentation. We work with geological information and it's complex to model. We need spatial objects beyond OGC simple spatial model. One possible solution is Object-Relational Mapping linked with PosGis tables (Hibernate Spatial) and we can see our objects with GeoMajas (includes an Hibernate Layer). My question is if there is another OR/M alternatives linked with Desktop/Web visors.
Congratulations from Spain.
