Perl on Windows

ActiveState perl has been the de facto standard version of perl on windows for a long time. Recently, I found a new version called StrawberryPerl that I like better. It seems to integrate the CPAN modules more seamlessly.

I vaguely recalling there being slight differences in a few calls - some of my scripts worked a little different between the AS version and the SP one, but I can't recall specifics.

Has anyone else encountered such issues?
