The ActionMapping class has a getInputForward() method, but that only works if you define an input attribute in your action mapping.
Here's an example:
<action name="xyz" path="/xyz" type="com.mycompany.MyAction" input="myInput.jsp" >
If this is defined as your action mapping, and if you execute getInputForward() on the ActionMapping object that is passed in as a parameter to the execute() method of the com.mycompany.MyAction class, you will get an ActionForward for myInput.jsp.
