Manage the architecture, expansion, maintenance and monitoring of all network infrastructure; storage systems; Linux, Windows and VMware servers; PCs; telecom infrastructure; and backup systems
Oversee an IT support engineer on Windows and telecom infrastructure projects and monitor support issues for systemic problems
Devise and implement a comprehensive DR plan for all major systems
Coordinate OS upgrades on Windows and Linux machines including Active Directory domain controllers
Build relationships with technology vendors and manage maintenance, licensing and service agreements
