We have a requirement where we need to generate the fields and remove fields at runtime and then generate the JSP.
The fields could be textfields/drop downs etc.

Can this be achieved by using Struts? If yes please provide some pointers for the same.

This could be done.

I'd suggest having the Action class use the java.io package to physically create the JSP the way you want it and place it somewhere in your web context. Then just forward to that JSP. You can create a forward dynamically by passing the path as a parameter to the constructor.
