From a web page (developed in eclipse galileo) when I introduce the number of a phone (which os is Android) that movile phone takes its location and it sends to the server, and later in the web page it is shown using google maps, the exact location.
Somebody could help me please? Is it difficult to do?

Should be relatively easy.

Make the web server expose some REST web services

Have the android app get its current location coordinates, call a RESt service with those

Then on the webserver display a map that plots any coordinates its been given
