Looking up tnsnames without parsing tnsnames.ora

Is there a way where i can get a list of all my tnsnames looking up from the tnsnames.ora without actually parsing the file?

In JDBC? No, since it's database specific. There may be some specific methods in the Oracle JDBC Driver available by casting the objects to Oracle-specific classes instead of the standard JDBC interface, but I doubt it.
