how to place a view in particular position at runtime in eclipse.

I wanna to place a view on right of the eclipse editor at run-time. How can i achieve this.....

Please Note : that view has shown at run-time only, not to be attached with perspective at initial time. whenever particular action is performed I've to shown that view at the right of the eclipse.
