I created new dynamic web project and I add the "jsf-api", "jsf-impl","jstl" in the lib.I open new jsp and started to write the common tags <f:view> and <h:...> but they are not working and saying "unknown tag"so how can I define these tags and what's the problem?

Hi Haydar

I guess you're using eclipse, you are right you need to put this jar's in the lib of the Web project or in the lib folder of your application server(Tomcat, glassfish, etc..) but you need to include this jars in the build path of your project (or in the classpath or libraries that your IDE use), so it know the libraries that you're using when you're writting the pages.
I hope this can help you to solve your problem
