overlapping one form with other

hello everyone...
i m new 2 web development. i want to create a page that overlap one form with other on clicking a link.
If i m unable to make you understand then check the site "www.naaptol.com" and click on login located at d top of it.
i do want similar kind of effect...
please help me guys...

It is a modal dialog. If you are using jQuery you can use jQuery ui. http://docs.jquery.com/UI/Dialog

There are plenty of other scripts out that that do it.

sir as i told you i m new to web development...i m not acquainted with jquery...
but i found the solution using javascript...

jQuery is JavaScript.

Sure you can build your own dialog system, but why re-invent the wheel when there are dozens and dozens of implementations already in existence?
