I have the following code to make a http connection

HttpConnection con=(HttpConnection)Connector.open("http://mywebsite.com");

The above code works fine on all the device(as much as I have tested), however it's failing on iDEN i680 with the following exception

javax.microedition.io.ConnectionNotFoundException domain name is not valid(dns server failed to resolve domain name). However instead of dns address if I use IP address it's working fine. My question is if there is any issue with dns resolution, then how come it's working on the other devices? Do I need any explicit settings on i680?

Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy? Is this a tiny ad?
