Not able to find lot of controls in Android 3.0 Honey Comb

HI friends,
To day morning I jsut go through ANdroid 3.0 HoneyComb on my emulator. Must say freaking awesome.
But I am not bale to find lot of things which ws previously there in other versions.
Like
where is options menu ?
where is power button ?
where is Call button ? (Actually I am not able to find out entire phone app,Honey Comb do not allow outgoing call or what?)
And one more thing Does this new Emulator supports multi touch gestures?
