Here's the link to MySQL Workbench.

There's also a free version of TOAD for MySQL.

Oracle's free SQLDeveloper GUI tool is supposed to work with MySQL, although you might need to google around for details on how to do this.

If you were using PHP, lots of people use PHP MyAdmin, but you need to set up Apache and PHP for this, of course

I'd suggest you try MySQL Workbench, and if that doesn't give you what you need, try TOAD.

+1 for MySQL workbench and I dont know how Management Studio works- But if you wanted something for executing queries and seeing the results via the Gui you can also try MySQL Query browser.

Lot of options for you now

The most siutable for me is Devart's dbForge Studio ( http://www.devart.com/dbforge/mysql/studio/ ). It's much superior then its standart analogue MySQL WorkBench ( http://www.mysql.com/products/workbench/ ). You can see the differences in this article: http://blogs.devart.com/dbforge/mysql-workbench-worthy-alternative-dbforge-studio-for-mysql.html
