Not able to start managed server with following error

I am getting below error while starting the managed server. can somebody tell me how to fix it

Doenot work.
by the way my issue is with managed server admin server comes up without any issues

This occurs if the encrypted values cannot be decrypted using the Domain Salt.

Take a backup up of config.xml and try replacing the encrypted passwords with clear text passwords and re-start the server.
