Struts in Action or Struts for Dummies. Both are equally good.

If you are already quite proficient with Servlets and JSP then Struts: the Complete Reference by James Holmes or Pro Jakarta Struts, Second Edition by John Carnell and Rob Harrop. I don't think there's a single perfect Struts book, but either one of those should be helpful.
