Hello Ranchers,
I am getting the below mentioned error.

1st case. I mentioned "WEB-INF/struts-logic" in web.xml as well as in my jsp files.
2nd case. I also tried the other way by specifying- "/tags/struts-logic" in web.xml and in my jsp files.
In both the cases, the exception thrown is the same.

The "struts-logic.tld" file is in the WEB-INF directory.
Can anyone sort it out please. Below is the Exception report.

Hi,
I think you forget to put the .tld extension in the web.xml and same in jsp.
Mention something like this in the web.xml
<taglib>
<taglib-uri>/WEB-INF/struts-logic.tld</taglib-uri>
<taglib-location>/WEB-INF/struts-logic.tld</taglib-location>
</taglib>

Use the tag in jsp like this.

<%@ taglib uri="/WEB-INF/struts-logic.tld" prefix="logic"%>

make sure that struts-logic.tld file is in the WEB-INF directory.

struts-logic.tld is in the WEB-INF directory.
I made the .war file again after doing all the changes.
Restarted Tomcat.
And still the same thing i get.....
I can't understand why its looking for "struts-logic" in tags?

First Delete the old war file from the webapps folder and make changes what ever you want. Then place your application folder directly in webapps/ folder rather than war file and try again.....

Every thing is fine, still same error....

better to clear the work folder of tomcat,where .java and .class file are generated for the jsps and try again.

Thanks for sharing your time with me.

The java classes that I created CustomerForm.java (xtends ActionForm) and CustomerAction.java (xtends Action) are now giving compilation errors.

Previously, they were getting compiled successfully.
The errors are:

package javax.servlet.http does not exist.
package org.apache.struts.action does not exist.

And therefore it cannot resolve the ActionErrors, ActionMessages,... and other classes.
