Hi,
does a CD with examples from the book exist?
Is it in a package with the print book?

What about purchasing the PDF version, does it includes examples?

Thanks!

The examples and the source code should be downloadable for free even without the purchase of the book. I guess so???

Hi,
I asked Manning at Twitter.
The answer was "The code samples are online and free from the books webpage".

Wrong URL. That's for the 1st edition.

The new URL is http://www.manning.com/walls4/

Though it does not look as if the source has yet been posted.

Thanks for the correction. My intention was to make the original poster be aware that the source code and examples are free irrespective of the soft copy or hard copy purchases.

Yes, there will definitely be examples to download for free. In fact, that's one of my remaining tasks: To ready that code for distribution (it works, but needs a bit of reorganization to be more reader-friendly).
