i am trying to run a java bean .Not sure if i am doing it correctly.

I am getting the error org.apache.jasper.JasperException: /jayb.jsp(4,17) quote symbol expected
org.apache.jasper.compiler.DefaultErrorHandler.jspError(DefaultErrorHandler.java:40)

The url I am using is : http://localhost:8080/JBean/jayb.jsp

Person.java is

jayb.jsp is

The Directory Structure is

JBean->WEB-INF->Classes->Person.class
JBean->jayb.jsp

Is there anyfile I am supposed to have or is this good enough...?

1. Is this the EXACT jsp file you are invoking?
2. You really should use your own packages instead of the default (Person class); as far as I remember, Frints found it is necessary to use packages.
3. You've misspelled the standard action's name: <jsp:geProperty name="person" property="age"/>

Cheers!
