This year keep thinking of the future that I want to embark on
1) insist on technical skills ; or
2) move away from technical skills ;

Most probably I will choose no. 2

Not sure what I can do if I choose 2?

But don't know ... How to plan for it? What course should I take? What skills should I improve on?

Now, the feeling is like a fly without head flying around ...

Lee,
Common paths in IT are project management and business analysis. Depending on where you live an MBA could be useful. Regardless, focus on the business of systems you work on so you can prove yourself in that area.

Both of those programs look designed to teach you a business. Different businesses so you can't compare them.

Please don't answer that. We don't discuss companies by name in this forum.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
