please I would like to know how the
jsp
code that will allow an email confirmation to be sent to an email address after a form as being completed and submitted.

Such processing should never be done in a JSP. Rather, forms should always be submitted to
servlets
.
Within the servlet, simply use the JavaMail API to send the e-mail message(s).
