Running tomcat with eclipse

I use : Eclipse IDE for Java Developers version:
I want to add tomcat server runtime to my eclipse.
I have already installed tomcat on my machine : Windows 7
Could some one please guide me how I could add it to my eclipse?? I did try to go to Windows>Preferences but I do not see any "Server" Option to which I could add it. Is there any other way??

Please help.

Thank you,

I think you might have downloaded the 'classic' version instead of the 'jee' version.
Anyway, my preferred way of using eclipse with tomcat is via the sysdeo plugin
