hi everyone. I'm looking for an java based XMPP server implemention.
After many searches I've came to the conclusion that the solution is apache vysper. If you have other opinions feel free to tell me.
I was looking for a full java implementation, and I wanted something simple so I can embedded into a much larger application.

The problem is that the only documentation page I found is this one: http://mina.apache.org/vysper/embed-into-another-application.html
which doesn't show me much.

I'm interested if you know some tutorials or more detailed pages.
Also it is possible to use MySql as a storage for users and other stuff.
It is possible for gmail(gtalk) and other XMPP service users to add as friend one of my users?

And the last question is for those who used/using apache vysper: is it worth it/enough stable at this stage(version 0.7) or should I wait for the project to become more mature.

Thanks
