I am not able to issue a search on any ldap operational attributes (nsRoleDN=*) with jboss 6, I am getting a javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: [LDAP: error code 32 - No Such Object]: ....
Please help if you know it can be done.

Bob,
It seems that you are referring to an invalid location. The DN path which points to where the users are located in the directory is invalid
