Issue with JAVA_HOME setup

I am getting the below error when I try to execute java2wsdl command.

I am working on Windows 7 env.

NB: JAVA_HOME should point to a JDK/JRE

Lost whole day, so far no luck, any advices from the ranchers?


Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
