How can i add a list or Choice Group to a form which extends from a Form not a Midlet
can i do this or not

You can add a ChoiceGroup to a Form not a List.

yourForm.append(yourChoiceGroup);

Can we arrang the choice Group in the same line of the Screen.
eg:
Male Female.
before male one radio button and before female one radio button.
