There's no need to shout!

Even my tired old eyes can read a simple unembellished question. Sometimes I actually even manage to read the question correctly.

You definitely can do what you asked, although I'm not sure about the availability of general RSS ticker apps on JME. There's really nothing like the "iPhone Store" or "Android Market" for JME devices. Technically, a RSS reader app is just a simple web client that can poll for, receive, and parse RSS XML and the trickiest part of all that is handling the different dialects of RSS - assuming that the device in question has tcp/ip capabilities.

I even have an RSS app on my own (Android) phone, although it presents as a regular app, not as a home-screen ticker.


Customer surveys are for companies who didn't pay proper attention to begin with.
