I read Agile Hiring today. I won't have time to write a review before the promo is over so I'm posting an outline with most of the content. I give the book 8 horseshoes.

Would have liked more examples of "here's something from a resume; here's how to interpret it"
There was one instance of an index reference not being removed which jumped out at me - only noticed it once so not a big deal though

Book targets those hiring experienced full timers

Liked ratios as guidance for how well screening
Emphasis on different types of leadership
Emphasis on long term
Techniques for probing on the phone
Cute dating analogy

Motivated me to go back and look at resumes for people we've hired to look for trends and screen better based on that
