Not Getting Values using EL in Spring..

Hi
i developed a simple form in which user can enter his details like name,country etc

finally i am displaying values in jsp page as follows

usersuccess.jsp

As a result i am getting same content like ${user.name} instead of getting user name which is entered in form..
i know its simple thing but not getting where i did mistake..

Can anyone help me?
