Invalid CEN Header(bad signature)...error on reading jar files during compilation

during compilation I get invalid CEN Header error on some of the jar files.I am using eclipse-helios , jrockit 1.6 complier and weblogic 10.3.2 server
I have tried refreshing and re compiling many times but it did not help...
Can anybody help me know how to fix the invalid CEN header in jar file...
