Do you guys know of a regular expressions library for C (not C++) which I could use in Windows and compile with the -ansi flag with no warnings ?

I don't know, sorry. If you Google for Regular expressions for C (windows + ansi), you get this. That writer didn't seem to think there was anything useful.

Anybody else know?

There is set of C++ libraries named Boost with library Boost.Regex
I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link:
