Action Mapping parameter in validate and reset method of ActionForm

Hi,

I have seen that we have ActionMapping parameter in the validate() and reset() of the ActionForm. I have seen some examples, but none of them actually uses the ActionMapping instance.
In the validate(), we are just setting the ActionErrors instance and in the reset() we are just reseting the instance variables of the form.

I wanted to know ActionMapping instance is passed to the validate() and reset().

Thanks,
Gaurav
