Loading time of JavaScript File and Html File

Hello Pals

Assume HTML document links with an external javascript file.

When i request an Html document from a web server. When does the Javascriot file gets loaded into my web browser.
Do they both come together ? OR JS File comes on Demand OR Html file followed by JS file. ???

The HTML file loads which requests the JavaScript file. So HTML comes first.
