Any particular reason why you don't favor maven? Is it that you don't want to use maven in your projects, or more that you don't want to create a repo specifically for frontman?

Would you mind if we made a maven repo for it ?
Im having to make internal maven repos for my web app and its kind of a pain, since it runs on different servers and each one requires frontman.jar....

I know there are some public maven repos.

Sure, it's open and free. Distribute it any way you want.
