Can someone suggest ways to learn Eclipse effectively ? Any good books for beginners who want to learn eclipse ?

Eclipse itself provides a nice help and cheatsheets to start off with and for grasping of
concepts.

Eclipse's help system (Help / Help Contents) also contains a lot of information on how to use Eclipse.
