java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError on Welogic 9.2 migratation

With the help of WLS configure tools WLS 8.1 migrated to 9.2 but receiving following NoClassDefFoundError. The class file exists in APP-INF/lib directory. Do I need to run any other migrate utilities to upgrade to 9.2. This application runs on 8.1 without any issues.
How do I inrease the log level on 9.2 console to see what is really going on here. I tried copy the jar file from APP-INF/lib to server lib, this error is gone but with another NoClassDefFoundError on another class. This jar file should not be copied server lib it should be loaded from APP-INF.
Any advice will be helpful.
