I wasn't going to share this at first but here it is:

After doing a "little" refactoring on OOP-4 (Lookup) today, I got the bright idea of doing a spell-check on the code. So, I copied the code from notepad, where I do all of my coding and pasted it into MS Word. Guess what I found. Yep, typos all over the place!

I thought that it might be a useful tool for those of you who code this way, too.

Hi John,
I've only just seen this and I have to say that I don't understand.
Are you referring to typo's in comments?

Dick.

No, Dick, typos in my code. There's no spell check in Notepad and the typos would have caused the jvm to complain. I just prevented a little pain by checking for spelling errors with MS Word before compiling it.

I haven't received an assignment from you recently, John.

I'm strugglin' Marilyn. While awaitng nitpicking, I kinda breezed through the servlets and ant (in the absence of nitpicking, mind you) but when I got back to the hashmap stuff I was completely lost. Servlets spoiled me. I can't seem to make the JVM happy again.

I'm afraid I've lost my momentum...ain't givin' up though. I have a major java project that I must start in November.
