Which Company to choose. Company A or Company B

I got an offer from Company A (500Million $) and I'm working in Company B (20Billion $), My salary Hike will be around 60 %. Is it a good idea to switch my company.

I presume the $500million bit isn't your salary?

You need to see what they are offering. Is the work more interesting, what are the training opportunities, etc? As well as the salary rise.
