Hi

My web.xml contains

The 30 minute timeout generally works fine, however when I run the following code the session times out a couple of seconds after execution,

I am running this through the localhost.

Any ideas? I don't know where to start.

Thanks

marten

when in doubt put it in parenthesis and stick a dollar sign in front of it, only good can come from this.

What evidence leads you to believe that the session is prematurely "timing out"?

I get this in my post response

When I was double checking just now I began to realize that it only times out if i look (click into) the file in netbeans, so it seems like a development environment/netbeans interaction thing. So not a problem a problem this stage and consider this closed.

POST SCRIPT: IT Still is annoying so if anybody has a solution please post it.

Cheers

Marten
