validation framework

hello friends.......
please tell me, i am using validation framework, and
i am validating UserName field in validation.xml and validate method of
validatorForm. is UserName field validate two times ?. if yes then in which order ? and if NO then which one validate field,
i mean either validate method execute first or validation.xml execute first.

The validate method will be called first. If you do not call super.validate then the rules in validation.xml will never be executed. If you do call super.validate then the order depends if this call shows up as the first line in your method or the last.
