Hi Satya / Dave,
I am a beginner to Android.
We all know that android is a great platform.But the version of android ADK changed so often.
Do you think android 3 is version that has competitiveness?

As of now
Android 2.3 is used for phones.
Android 3.0 (a superset of 2.3) is used for Tablets.
Our experience has been there is a new API release about once a year.
These APIs are always forward, meaning whatever you learn on one API is still valid for the next one except that it has some additional classes and functionality.
This will probably go on for a couple of years before I believe it will reach a more stable state.
but the core is still roughly the same with few tweeks here and there.
