I'm using Eclipse to make a style sheet file. but some properties like border radius does not appear. Anybody know how to solve this? thanks

Where is it that you expect these properties to appear? In some dialog somewhere?

The border-radius property is for CSS3. Eclipse doesn't support CSS3 out of the box. I didn't see anything in marketplace for a CSS3 editor either.
Of course, if you are really using CSS3, you can always just type in the text (and ignore any warnings that Eclipse might give).
