hi
when iam requesting a jsp page it is displaying fine but when i click on submit button it is throwing following exception

HTTP Status 404 - Servlet action is not available
type Status report
Message Servlet action is not available
description The requested resource (Servlet action is not available) is not available.

in the web.xml file i had specified ActionServlet as follows
and when i am running web.xml in browser it is showing all the attributesso there in no problem in web.xml

<display-name>Struts Examples Application</display-name>
<!-- Standard Action Servlet Configuration (with debugging) -->
<servlet>
<servlet-name>action</servlet-name>
<servlet-class>org.apache.struts.action.ActionServlet</servlet-class>

in log file it is displaying as follows

Can you please post the code which you have written for ACTION in jsp and corresponding ACTION from struts-config.xml.

Then we can easily find out the mistake
