Cannot find bean collection in any scope

Hai ,

I am using this code

<html:select property="group"  >
   <html:options collection="addrColtnEn"
   property="value" labelProperty="label" style="width:120px; height:19px; font-family:Verdana; font-size:12px "/>
 </html:select>

But i got this error

EVERE: ServletException in '/micro/addrBookBody.jsp':
Cannot find bean: "collection" in any scope javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException:
