Hello,

I'll be attempting to use BMC Patrol to monitor the health of some J2EE applications. just wondering if anyone knows of some key metrics I should watch out for or maybe point me to a good Weblogic tutorial/article geared toward monitoring app health.

Off the top of my head I'm thinking:
idle execution queues
db connections
%of free heap space

stuff like that. any insight?

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
